HOW DO I BOOK A RESERVATION?
Booking your storage unit is easy with our streamlined process. All you need to do is choose your unit, create your account, and sign your agreement. You’ll get the electronic access code, and you will be all set to move in.
WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?
You can move in once you have signed your agreement and have received your electronic access code.
CAN I RENT MONTH-TO-MONTH?
We offer month-to-month leasing, meaning you don’t have to commit to a long-term contract. Long-term contracts are available for units over 100 square feet.
WHEN IS MY RENT DUE?
Rent is always due on the first of the month.
HOW DO I PAY MY MONTHLY BILL?
We make it easy to pay your monthly bill through our online bill-pay option. We also accept checks by mail or our in-person dropbox.
WHAT SIZE STORAGE UNIT DO I NEED?
To find the storage unit that best fits your needs, we recommended you create a list of the items you will be storing and then check out our helpful tips for maximizing your storage space! WHAT TYPE OF STORAGE UNITS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer indoor storage units and outdoor storage spaces. We do not offer climate-controlled units.
WHAT ARE THE ACCESS HOURS?
Our storage units are accessible 7 days a week from 6 am – 10 pm. Simply use your code at the gate, and you will be granted access.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SAFE?
Our storage facilities are bonded and insured. We offer state-of-the-art electronic gate entry and 24-hour surveillance, so you can be sure that your items are always safe and protected.
WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?
Because you are responsible for the items you store, insurance for those items is strongly encouraged.
WILL I HAVE SOMEONE TO CONTACT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE OR QUESTION AFTER HOURS?
An after-hours answering service is available for emergencies.
DO YOU SELL BOXES AND OTHER MOVING SUPPLIES?
We do not sell moving boxes or supplies.
HOW MUCH NOTICE NEEDS TO BE GIVEN BEFORE MOVE OUT?
We ask for a 10-day written notice prior to vacancy.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LONG-TERM STORAGE?

DO YOU OFFER MILITARY DISCOUNTS?
We do not offer military discounts.
HOW TALL IS A STORAGE DOOR AND CEILING?
Dimensions vary based on the unit; please call our office for specific details.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO STORE?
We adhere to the state law, so you are unable to store firearms, illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia, perishables such as food, liquids, animals, explosives, flammable liquids and fuels, materials that may be toxic, or other items that need a controlled environment.
IS MY PRICE GUARANTEED AS LONG AS I STAY?
Because our leases are month-to-month, renters will be subject to new prices in the event that they change.
CAN I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT SIZE IF I'VE ALREADY MOVED IN?
If you decide that the unit you have rented isn’t the right fit and you would like to change sizes, we are happy to work with you to find the perfect fit.
